Blair did a terrific job understanding our needs and worked long and hard locating the right property among many for our investment, advising us on location and renovation possibilities along the way. He then structured our offer so that it was the one that was accepted. I’ve worked with real-estate people before in buying several houses and Blair is easily the best in my experience.
